Lady Slipper Walk & Paddle

5:30 - 8:00 PM Lady Slipper Walk and Paddle at The Narrows Provincial Recreation Area Gather at the far west end of the campground. Mark H. has generously offered to bring canoes, life jackets and paddles.
Potluck
Thursday, June 16, 5:30 - 7:30 pm
June 16th - 5:30 PM Potluck at Rochon Sands Group Site We will converge at the far west group site with the shelter. Bring your potluck contribution of a salad or dessert, lawn chairs, plate, cutlery, a drink, and whatever else you need to be comfortable for a meal outdoors. Buffalo Lake Nature Club will supply wieners, buns and condiments.

What's That Tree?

June 30th - 6:30 PM Walk at Bashaw Nature Trail and Sitting Stone Lake Meet at 52 Street & 55 Avenue. We will focus on identifying the native trees and shrubs along the trail. If time allows, we will drive a few miles east of Bashaw for a walk at Sitting Stone Lake.
