Volunteer with Nature Alberta at Snow Goose Festival

Thanks to great enthusiasm from Nature Alberta’s Volunteer Team these positions are FULL! Thank you to all who are volunteering.

The Snow Goose Festival is a celebration of the spring migration of thousands of migrating snow geese, Canada geese, various shorebirds, cranes, and swans through the Beaverhill Lake area.

We are looking for volunteers to support Nature Alberta’s info and craft booth at the Snow Goose Festival in Tofield, AB.

Through this opportunity you will be sharing the valuable resources Nature Alberta has to offer on Alberta’s wild spaces, species, and conservation efforts with the participants of the Snow Goose Festival. You will also be engaging the younger audience in various nature-related crafts and activities.

We’re looking for volunteers who are enthusiastic, love working with children, and are interested in inspiring young minds to connect with nature.

Location: Tofield Arena, 4748 53 Ave, Tofield, AB T0B 4J0

Shifts available:
Sat., April 22: 9 am – 1 pm
Sat., April 22: 1 pm – 5 pm
Sun., April 23: 9 am – 1 pm
Sun., April 23: 1 am – 5 pm
(You are welcome to attend multiple shifts)

Volunteers are responsible for arranging their transportation.
