Buffalo Lake Nature Club

Buffalo Lake Nature Club is committed to increasing the knowledge and appreciation of natural history and its native flora & fauna of Alberta, as well as encouraging the conservation of native habitat. As such they regularly host group nature walks and inventories in various natural areas around Stettler such as JJ Collett Natural Area, The Narrows Provincial Recreation Area, and Ewing/Erskine Lakes. This summer they have a Lady Slipper Walk & Paddle planned as well as a Potluck Picnic at Rochon Sands. Participate in a butterfly count or a mushroom walk later this summer. There’s lots to enjoy and learn from!
