Celebrate Migratory Bird Day

Nature Alberta will be joining other partners at the Edmonton Valley Zoo to celebrate the World Migratory Bird Day on Saturday, October 14th from 11 am to 4 pm!

It is a day dedicated to raising awareness about the need to conserve migratory birds and their habitat. Come out to learn and celebrate with Bird Friendly Edmonton partners during the following fun events including Bird Walk Bonanza, Bird Friendly Fair, and Bird Friendly Yards and Peregrine Falcon Pesticide Talk.

Nature Alberta has teamed up with Wild Birds Unlimited to sponsor the Make Windows Safer booth with a popular kids craft to make bird protecting window decals.
