Blind Canyon Burdock Blitz

Come explore the beauty of Blind Canyon's biodiversity in the 8th annual volunteer weed pull event hosted by the Nature Conservancy of Canada. In partnership with the Castle-Crown Wilderness Coalition, volunteers will be hiking into Blind Canyon and removing several invasive plant species, including burdock. This is a great opportunity to help prevent the spread of invasive species while practicing your plant identification and enjoying the beauty of the front ranges of Alberta.
When: 20 July from 9:00 am to 3:30 pm.
Where: Blind Canyon, AB (GPS coordinates: 49.216582, -113.996854). Exact location will be provided to registrants before the event.
