Tour leaders include Nature Alberta's Calgary Area Regional Representative, Greg Appleyard, PhD, who is a retired food safety lab director with broad interests in history and biology. He has a keen interest in wildlife ecology, epidemiology, and citizen science. An avid hiker, Greg also enjoys amateur landscape photography and international travel.
