Bison Fest

Join the Friends of Elk Island Society to celebrate over a century of bison conservation in Elk Island National Park.

Activities at the Barn by the Wahkotowin Visitor Information Centre, the Astotin Lake Recreation Area, and the Astotin Theatre.

• Bison Backstage Tours at the Barn: 12:30 pm, 2 pm, and 3:30 pm
• Interpretive programs, booths, and food vendors at Astotin Lake Recreation Area
• Films from 12 to 3 pm and Bison Transfer Presentation from 3 pm to 4 pm at the Astotin Theatre

When: Saturday, June 3, 2023 12pm to 4 pm

Where: Elk Island National Park

Cost: Free with valid park entry
