Tour leaders include Nature Alberta's Calgary Area Regional Representative, Greg Appleyard, PhD, who is a retired food safety lab director with broad interests in history and biology. He has a keen interest in wildlife ecology, epidemiology, and citizen science. An avid hiker, Greg also enjoys amateur landscape photography and international travel. Greg will be joined by two experienced naturalist guides local to the area who will be a wealth of knowledge in all of the trip explorations.
