Dive into Nature Alberta's Newest Event - A Fish Release Evening!

Nature Alberta invites you to an unforgettable evening surrounded by slippery fish! Craig Copeland from Alberta Fish Hatcheries will shed light on the fascinating world of fish and their habitats. You will even get to hold these fish in your hand! Aquatic Bug experts from MacEwan University will have specimens and microscopes on display for you to explore. Join the folks from the North Saskatchewan Watershed Alliance in some pond dipping! Learn about fish form and function from the University of Alberta. For the grand finale of the evening, we will release rainbow trout from Sam Livingston Fish Hatchery into the pond at Hermitage Park!
