2023 Family Nature Nights: Nature Heroes

FREE FUN for families with kids aged 4-12, although everyone is welcome and donations are encouraged.

When: Wednesday, July 19, 2023
Registration from 6:00-6:25PM | Activities from 6:30–8:30 PM

Where: Inglewood Bird Sanctuary & Nature Centre, 2425 9 Ave SE, Calgary

What: Join City of Calgary for a guided nature walk around this incredible sanctuary, join Weaselhead/Glenmore Park Preservation Society and Nature Calgary to learn about local nature wonders. All participants will receive a free copy of Nature Alberta's new Nature Heroes activity book to fill your summer with self-led nature exploration!

Weather Details: Will run rain or shine - please dress for the weather. In the event of extreme weather, notice of cancellation will be posted on our Facebook page and in the Facebook Event Discussion.

Registration Details: Registration is completed on-site from 6-6:25 pm. We can only accommodate a limited number of families at these events. Be sure to arrive early to secure your family’s spot.
