Volunteer at World Migratory Bird Day
Bird and nature enthusiasts, Nature Alberta and BLESS are gearing up for an unforgettable celebration of World Migratory Bird Day on May 11th at Lois Hole Centennial Provincial Park Day Use Area!
We're on the lookout for passionate volunteers to join our flock!
Volunteer role would include:
- Assisting education station hosts,
- Lending a hand with set up and tear down at the event
- Roaming throughout the event, offering assistance to families and education station volunteers as required. This could include picking up litter, getting extra supplies for an education station, or pointing a family to the next station location
- Interpreting nature for families along the trail, if the situation arises
