Nature Heroes - Bugs

There are several characteristics that are true of all insects. Insects have three body parts called the head, the thorax and the abdomen. They have six legs that are jointed and antennae of some sort, although sometimes these are hard to see. And, all insects have compound eyes which means their eyes are made of hundreds of smaller eyes. Fill in the numbers from the photos beside the insect names below (answer key here), then go explore outside and see how many you can find on your Bug Hunt!
