Located one hour west of Edmonton, Coyote Lake is a popular hiking destination that is open to the public year-round. Nestled in an area that features dry mixed-wood boreal forests to the north and central parkland to the south, Coyote Lake is a special place for hiking and connecting to nature.

Your day will be spent helping cut back vegetation that has grown over the trails and signage to ensure that the trail system is safe and ready for the hiking season.

When: July 5, 10 a.m.-3 p.m

Where: Coyote Lake Nature Sanctuary, AB (Lindale, AB (GPS point 53.270499, -114.538131))

Additional details, including directions and parking instructions, will be provided closer to the event day. This event will be weather-dependent.
Participants should be able to hike up to five kilometers over the course of the event.
