Volunteer & Job Board
You can join the Nature Alberta Volunteer Team to help us ensure that Alberta’s natural heritage is enjoyed, appreciated, and thoroughly protected. Simply email us at naturekids@naturealberta.ca stating “I want to join the Nature Alberta Volunteer Team”. We will add you to the Volunteer Dispatch monthly emails that communicate upcoming volunteer opportunities with Nature Alberta as well as our Nature Network of over 40 nature clubs across the province. From exploring your passions to building your naturalist and professional skills, there is always an adventure right around the corner!
In 2022, the Nature Alberta Volunteer Team had 117 active volunteers contribute 3,518 hours (440 work days!) facilitating our Nature Kids events, writing articles for Nature Alberta Magazine, presenting at our Nature Network Speaker Series, supporting our fundraising efforts, active leadership on our Board of Directors, managing vital citizen science projects, and so much more!
